If your yard has not been cleaned for quite sometime from dog poop or pet waste, an initial fee of $15.00 dollars will apply. This is only on initial services for our weekly and bi-weekly Poo Scooper services. Fee does not apply to one time service.
If invoices are paid late, a $5.00 fee will apply.
Dogs Out, Lawn Mowing Services & Locked out Policy
In the event that you started Poo Scooper services with us and we are not able to get in your yard because of dogs being aggressive, someone mowing your yard, sprinkler systems running or because the gate is locked, we will not be able to service you for that specific Poo Scooper service. Also please understand that no credit will be given to the customer for that visit. The Poo Scooper expert will make every effort to contact you to be able to access your yard and begin service. Can we work with your dog on the yard? In most cases, YES. However, we always ask our customers that dogs are NOT to be on the yard at time of service. We prefer that dogs must stay in the house or somewhere that is not on your yard. If dogs are friendly then it should not be a problem but we still recommend that dogs be kept away from the yard until Poo Scooper services has been completed. We also ask that no one is on your yard such as children playing, lawn mower services, etc. This is just for the time that we are there to scoop and take away the dog poop or pet waste.
Do pet owners need to be home when a Poo Scooper expert comes to my home to provide service?
We do require that on the first time we offer service to you that we do meet you for a few minutes. This is to answer any questions and also make sure you know who we are. Other than that there is no need to meet for your future Poo Scooper Services.

Poo Scooper will make every attempt to provide pet waste removal services during bad weather. However if there is a bad storm, thunder & lightning, lots of rain, bad snow, ice, hail, bad road conditions, etc, we may have to reschedule services to another day. We will make sure to contact you by email or by phone to update you and let you know if we can provide Poo Scooper services on that specific day. Having a really wet yard due to rain can make it very hard to do our job and we strongly recommend that we reschedule services. Also, it is dangerous for our employees to perform Poo Scooper services when there is thunder, lightning and hail. We will let you know if services need to be rescheduled.
Leaves on a pet owners yard Policy
Our job as Poo Scooper Experts is to find ALL dog poop or pet waste. If there are lots of leaves on your yard, please know that we will make every effort to find and dispose of the dog poop under leaves or grass that was cut and left on your yard.
